WHAT IS THE LIFE GALLERY
The LIFE Gallery is beautiful space inside the Lister Hospital created for our community to display and sell their art. A spacious place away from the wards, where our patients, staff and visitors can spend time in peaceful  contemplation of the art on display. We also offer promotion of your work through our extensive internal and external communication networks. If you would like to rent space, please click on price list above and email us via link below.

In 2017 the All Parliamentary Group published this in a report with overwhelming evidence of the benefits of art. It greatly helps meet the challenges in health and social care surrounding ageing, loneliness, long term conditions and mental health.

For Purchase: Weekdays 9 - 5Â
Payments can be made by the pharmacy shop at the end of the main corridor.Â
Art will remain in the gallery until the end of the exhibition, after which it will be collected or shipped.
WHERE IS THE LIFE GALLERY?
You can enter the LIFE Gallery from the main entrance corridor or from the maternity entrance of the Lister Hospital.
By Car:Â The Lister Hospital is signposted from Junction 8 of the A1(M)
By Train: Stevenage Railway Station is the nearest station
By Bus: Almost every 15 minutes, Nr 100, 101, 301, 386, 55, 635
REFRESHMENTS
We have an on site WHS, as well as a Costa Coffee. During Covid we have restricted canteen facilities.
PARKING
The Lister Hospital has a large car park with ample disabled parking spaces.
